We have fully furnished lakeside and lakeview cottages with stunning views of Kentucky Lake! We are a favorite destination for weeklong family vacations, birthday, wedding and anniversary celebrations, groups of friends looking for a weekend of water fun and large fishing groups. Need more space? You can also rent several (or all) cottages on our property to bring down the whole family for a reunion!
From paddle sports to swimming to cornhole, we offer a variety of outdoor activities that will keep your group active and entertained.
For boating enthusiasts, we offer a boat launch on our property that is complimentary for our guests, with boat slip rentals available for $20/night. Please see FAQ's for detailed information.

Once you have booked your stay, you may cancel for a 100% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. After that, you may cancel for a 50% refund up to 14 days prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
Yes! We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a pet fee of $75 per stay. Dogs must be kept on a leash when not inside your cottage. Dogs are allowed in the 2 beach areas, but may not enter the swimming pool area.
All cottages have a dedicated gas grill and propane is provided.
We do not rent boats, but you may contact Kentucky Lake Adventures about pontoon boat rentals.

Yes, a limited number of golf carts are available to rent at a rate of $50 per night. Please contact us prior to your arrival to find out about availability and to reserve a golf cart.
For the fire pits located throughout the grounds, we stock a starter set of firewood upon request at the beginning of your stay. If you need additional firewood during your stay, you may purchase it at guest services.
Ice, drinks, bait worms and other essentials are available to purchase in the self-serve guest services area.
Yes, all cottages have Cable TV and free Wi-fi.
All cottages and decks are non-smoking, as are all common-use areas (marina, swimming pool, beaches, playground, and recreation areas).
Unfortunately, from fall to early spring, the lake is not accessible to boats at The Villas. However, there are deep water options nearby that can be utilized during the off season. Call for additional information.

Grocery stores, restaurants and a movie theater are all located in the city of Murray, about 25 minutes from The Villas.
