Cottage 11 at The Villas at Marker 48 is a large home with a partial lakeview, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and boasts a large deck! The home sleeps 10-12 people and is perfect for large groups! You’ll find 2 queen beds in each bedroom.
Enjoy your morning coffee, a meal or a glass of wine on the deck while taking in all that Kentucky Lake has to offer.
Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.

– Ice, bait, drinks, and other essentials are available for purchase at Guest Services. Just note your cottage number, items taken, total amount for items, your email and/or phone number and sign your name and we will send you a square invoice at check-out.
