Cottage 1 at The Villas at Marker 48 is our most popular cottage for groups, having 4 bedrooms/2 full baths, sleeping 12! Bedroom 1 has 2 queens, Bedroom 2 has 1 queen, Bedroom 3 has 1 full and 1 twin and Bedroom 4 has 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It boasts a lakeview and is conveniently located next to the pool. A great place for a family reunion or a fishing getaway! This cottage has recently been updated with new bedding and freshly stocked kitchen.
***Kentucky Lake water levels are controlled by the Tennessee Valley Authority. The water level has been lowered to such a point that The Villas’ boat ramps and marina slips cannot be utilized between 09/15/2022 and 04/01/2023. For more information regarding water levels please see: https://www.tva.com/Environment/Lake-Levels. We can recommend alternative boating sites. Please message us for additional information.
Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are provided. We also provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags.

– Our property features a basketball court, volleyball court, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a playground, and a swimming pool. Equipment for recreational activities is located at Guest Services (open 24/7).
– Ice, bait, drinks, and other essentials are available for purchase at Guest Services. Just note your cabin number, number of items taken and sign your name and we will apply the charges to your unit at check-out.
